Chairman, K-Rep Group Limited
Mr. Bethuel Kiplagat is a Career Diplomat, former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the special envoy to the Somalia Peace Talks. He has held various positions in both private and public sectors. He is the Chancellor of Egerton University.
Mr. Kiplagat holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics & Chemistry) Degree from university of Sorborne , Paris.

Dr. Kabiru Kinyanjui |
Position
Vice-chairman, K-Rep Group Limited
Dr. Kinyanjui is the vice chairman of the K-Rep Group Ltd and chairman of the board of K-Rep Advisory Services and the K-Rep Group Provident Fund. He is widely published, best known in the microfinance for co-authoring the book “Indigenizing foreign seed on African soil: The Story of K-Rep”.
He helped establish and continues to serve on the board of the Nairobi Peace Initiative- Africa (NPI-A). Dr. Kinyanjui has been the Chairman of the Public Universities Inspection Board which recently published a report entitled: Transformation of Higher Education and Training in Kenya to Secure Kenya’s Development in the Knowledge Economy.
He studied at the University of East Africa (Dar es Salaam) obtaining a degree in Law, History and Sociology, before proceeding to Harvard University for graduate studies.

He is the Chief Executive of Jigetemee Credit Scheme, a Microfinance Institution workin g in the semi-urban districts of Nairobi. He is also the Chairman of K-Rep Fedha Services Ltd and the K-Rep Group Property Committee.

She is currently the Kenyan High Commissioner to Canada. She is a trained Sociologist, whose specialization is rural development, focusing on poverty reduction through the utilization of farming systems to provide sustainable livelihoods for rural families. She has done sizeable work in the area of women and development, looking at the role of women in agricultural development.
She established the International Learning Center at the University of Nairobi where she was the founder Director since 1998. She holds the UNESCO Chair on Women and Sustainable Development and represents Kenya at the UNESCO Executive Board.
Mbula Bahemuka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marygrove College, Detroit, USA; a Master of Arts and Doctorate in Sociology from Nairobi University; Post Doctorate Certificate in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell University and a Certificate in International Relations from Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. She holds an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Kalamazoo College in Michigan. |

Managing Director of K-Rep Bank Ltd.
Mr. Mutua is the founder and Managing Director of K-Rep Bank. A co-founder member of the K-Rep Group, he has devoted close to two decades in designing, developing and running viable micro-finance institutions. He serves as a member of various boards and advisor to several National and international institutions. Mr. Mutua holds a Bachelors degree in commerce.

Mr.Aleke Dondo |

Managing Director of K-Rep Development Agency
Currently, Mr. Dondo is the Managing Director of K-Rep Development Agency, a non-profit microfinance institution which services the needs of rural small-scale farmers and micro-entrepreneurs through innovative microfinance projects. Mr. Dondo has over 15 years of hands-on experience in microfinance and small enterprise (Informal Sector) development. He has carried out over 30 studies in the fields of small enterprise and microfinance development and has authored 10 published papers and over 30 unpublished ones. Mr. Dondo serves on the boards of organizations involved in development work including Kenya Gatsby Trust (Chairman), Kenya Community Development Foundation (Vice-Chairman), K-Rep Advisory Services, and Saga Thrift and Enterprise Promotion.
Mr. Dondo received a Master's degree in economics from York University in Canada and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Nairobi.
